What to Expect
From a first idea to a defined concrete project.
01 — Tell us about the project
Use the service form to share your ZIP code, project type and what you want to improve. Approximate size, existing conditions and access constraints are helpful. You do not need to know the technical repair method.
02 — Confirm fit and assessment
Location, scope and availability must be confirmed. Discuss what a site assessment includes and whether any separate diagnostic or design charges apply before agreeing to it. Timing depends on the project and current availability.
03 — Review a written proposal
Compare removal, preparation, finish, joints, curing, restoration and exclusions. Identify permit responsibilities and work by other trades. Ask for clarification before authorizing construction or making a payment.
04 — Plan access and care
Agree on parking and entrance arrangements, expected construction stages and return-to-use instructions. After work, keep the care guidance and any product information with the project documents.
